Continued Practice is key to the health benefits of Tai Chi. Tai Chi Deepening Your Practice serves as a weekly class to refine, improve and enhance one’s understanding of Tai Chi and Qigong for health and vitality. We will expand upon the Yang short-form from Tai Chi for Beginners and learn Qigong for Health routines to further enhance our health and wellness.
Tai Chi for Arthritis (Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program) :
Tai Chi for Arthritis is designed to improve the quality of life for people with arthritis using Sun-style Tai Chi, one of the four major recognized styles of Tai Chi. This style includes agile steps and exercises to improve mobility, breathing and relaxtion. Tai Chi has been shown to also improve balance and lessen the chance of falls.
