Tai Chi for Wellness is dedicated to improving health and wellness through the practice of Tai Chi (also known as Tai Chi Chuan). Tai Chi is a gentle movement form, originating in ancient China and practiced world-wide for its health benefits. Often referred to as “moving meditation” Tai Chi is characterized by slow, circular movements that reduce stress and develop strength, flexibility and balance. At Tai Chi for Wellness our classes are designed to make learning Tai Chi an easy, enjoyable and effective practice for enhancing one’s health and wellness.
